החזרות בלי כאב ראש!

אנחנו רוצים שתאהבו את מה שבחרתם! אם משהו לא מתאים, אנחנו כאן כדי לעזור. אפשר להחזיר או להחליף פריטים בהתאם לתנאי המדיניות ולאופן הרכישה – באתר, בסטודיו או בפופ־אפים שלנו.

1. רכישות באתר – החזר כספי

ניתן לבטל רכישה באתר בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המשלוח או קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר מביניהם, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.

ההחזר הכספי יבוצע בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת הודעת הביטול, בהתאם להוראות החוק.

במקרה של ביטול שאינו נובע מפגם במוצר, מאי־התאמה או מהפרת התחייבות מצדנו, ינוכו דמי ביטול בגובה 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם.

החזרת הפריט היא באחריות הלקוח ועל חשבונו, למעט במקרים שבהם החוק מטיל את האחריות על העסק.

אנחנו מבקשים להחזיר את הפריטים במצב שבו התקבלו. במקרה של הרעה משמעותית במצב הפריט, אנו שומרים על זכויותינו בהתאם לחוק.

2. רכישות בסטודיו – החזר כספי

ברכישת פריטים בסטודיו, ניתן לבטל עסקה ולקבל החזר כספי מיום הרכישה ועד תום שני ימים שלאחריו שאינם ימי מנוחה, בהתאם להוראות החוק.

הביטול מותנה בהחזרת הפריט ללא שימוש, ללא פגם שנגרם לאחר הרכישה ובתנאי שתווית המחיר, ככל שהייתה, לא הוסרה. זכות ביטול זו חלה על פריטים שמחירם עולה על 50 ₪, ובכפוף לחריגים הקבועים בחוק.

במקרה של ביטול שאינו נובע מפגם או מאי־התאמה, ינוכו דמי ביטול בגובה 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם.

ההחזר הכספי יבוצע בהתאם למועדים ולאופן ההחזר הקבועים בחוק.

3. רכישות בפופ־אפים ובירידים

רכישות המתבצעות בפופ־אפים ובירידים כפופות להוראות החוק החלות על סוג העסקה.

כאשר הרכישה נחשבת לעסקת רוכלות לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, ניתן לבטל את העסקה בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת הפריט או קבלת פרטי העסקה הנדרשים לפי החוק, לפי המאוחר מביניהם, ללא דמי ביטול.

השבת הפריט וההחזר הכספי יתבצעו בהתאם להוראות החוק.

במקרים שבהם העסקה אינה מוגדרת כעסקת רוכלות, יחולו הוראות הדין המתאימות לסוג העסקה.

4. החלפות וזיכויים

ניתן לבקש החלפה של פריט בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלתו, בתנאי שהפריט במצב שבו התקבל ולא נעשה בו שימוש.

במקרה של החלפה, לאחר שהפריט יוחזר אלינו ונאשר את מצבו, יונפק זיכוי לרכישה בחנות בגובה הסכום ששולם עבור הפריט.

הזיכוי יהיה תקף לשנתיים מיום הנפקתו.

הזיכוי ניתן למימוש בהתאם להוראות החוק, ואינו גורע מזכות הלקוח לקבל החזר כספי במקרים שבהם הוא זכאי לכך על פי דין.

5. עלויות החזרה ומשלוח

במקרה של החזרה שאינה נובעת מפגם או מאי־התאמה, עלויות משלוח ההחזרה יחולו על הלקוח, בכפוף להוראות החוק.

במקרה של ביטול מלא של עסקת מכר מרחוק, יוחזרו גם דמי המשלוח המקוריים ככל שהדבר מתחייב על פי החוק.

6. מוצרים פגומים או אי־התאמה

במקרה של פגם במוצר, אי־התאמה לתיאור או טעות בהזמנה מצדנו, יש ליצור איתנו קשר כדי שנוכל לטפל במקרה.

במקרים שבהם קיימת זכות לביטול העסקה בשל פגם, אי־התאמה או הפרת התחייבות מצדנו, לא ייגבו דמי ביטול, והחזרת הפריט תטופל בהתאם להוראות החוק.

7. ביטול עסקה ויצירת קשר

לבקשת החזרה, החלפה או ביטול עסקה, ניתן לפנות אלינו באמצעות פרטי יצירת הקשר המופיעים באתר.

ניתן למסור הודעת ביטול בכל אחת מהדרכים הקבועות בחוק, לרבות באמצעות קישור הביטול באתר.

מומלץ לציין בפנייה את השם ומספר ההזמנה, כדי שנוכל לסייע במהירות.

חשוב לדעת: מדיניות זו אינה גורעת מזכויות הצרכן הקבועות בחוק הגנת הצרכן, לרבות זכויות ביטול מורחבות במקרים הקבועים בחוק.

פריטים במבצע:
פריטים שנרכשו במסגרת מבצע, הנחה או מכירת סוף עונה אינם זכאים להחלפה או לזיכוי בחנות במסגרת מדיניות ההחלפות שלנו.

אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכות הלקוח לביטול עסקה ולקבלת החזר כספי בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, לרבות במקרים של פגם או אי־התאמה שלא צוינו בתיאור הפריט או שלא הובאו לידיעת הלקוח לפני הרכישה.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Without the Hassle!

We want you to love what you've found! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Returns and exchanges are available according to the conditions below and where your purchase was made – online, at our studio, or at one of our pop-ups.

1. Online Purchases – Refunds

You may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order or the required transaction details, whichever is later, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, as required by law.

For cancellations not resulting from a defective item, a product discrepancy, or a failure on our part to fulfill our obligations, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and expense, except where otherwise required by law.

We kindly ask that items be returned in the condition in which they were received. In cases of significant deterioration in an item's condition, we reserve our rights under applicable law.

2. Studio Purchases – Refunds

For purchases made in person at our studio, you may cancel your purchase from the date of purchase until the end of the following two days, excluding statutory rest days, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

To qualify, the item must be returned unused, without damage occurring after purchase, and with its price tag attached, if one was provided. This statutory cancellation right applies to items priced above ₪50, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For cancellations not resulting from a defect or product discrepancy, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, will apply.

Refunds will be issued within the timeframe and through the payment methods required by law.

3. Pop-Up & Market Purchases

Purchases made at our pop-ups and markets are subject to the consumer protection regulations applicable to the type of transaction.

Where a purchase qualifies as an off-premises transaction under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, it may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the item or the transaction details required by law, whichever is later, without cancellation fees.

Item returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where a transaction does not qualify as an off-premises transaction, the relevant consumer protection provisions will apply.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the condition in which it was received and has not been worn or used.

If you choose to exchange an item, once we receive it and confirm its condition, you will be issued store credit equal to the amount paid for the item.

Store credit is valid for two years from the date of issue.

Store credit may be redeemed in accordance with applicable law. Choosing an exchange does not affect your statutory right to a monetary refund where applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns not resulting from a defect or product discrepancy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.

In the event of a full cancellation of an online purchase, original shipping charges will also be refunded where required by law.

6. Defective Items & Order Discrepancies

If your item arrives defective, differs from its description, or there has been an error with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Where the law provides a right to cancel due to a defect, discrepancy, or failure on our part, no cancellation fees will be charged, and the return will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellations & Contact

To request a return, exchange, or order cancellation, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

Cancellation notices may be submitted through any method permitted by law, including the cancellation link on our website.

We recommend including your name and order number so we can assist you more efficiently.

Please note: Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory consumer rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, including extended cancellation rights where applicable.

Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during seasonal promotions are not eligible for exchanges or store credit under our voluntary exchange policy.

This does not affect your statutory right to cancel a purchase and receive a refund in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, including cases involving defects or discrepancies that were not disclosed in the product description or otherwise brought to your attention before purchase.
